Emmerson's Blessing

We blessed Emmerson this Sunday. It was a special day, and we are grateful to our friends and family who were able to be there.
Emmy was NOT happy about getting pictures taken.

My grandma made Emmy a beautiful blessing dress, but it didn't fit. So we scoured Saint George for a dress we loved and found this one. The chinese lady who sold it to us informed as that Emmy 's ears were "very very large." Nice.
Ben's parents were nice enough to drive all the way from Idaho Falls. It was a quick trip but we were so glad they were able to make it.

My parents and Emmy.

I love her dress! That's such a typical Asian Woman thing to say...reminds me of someone else I know...I wish we could have been there. YOU look fantastic btw. Here I am feeling super fat and hippo-esque and you look so tiny. Miss you!

I found this blog from your other one. I love reading blogs. I'll have to stalk this one, now, too!

Emmerson's ears are as adorable as the rest of her. People say the strangest things!
