Since Ben is gone during the day (I work and do clinicals at night/on the weekend), i got a kitten to keep me company. her name is maybe. ben says it's because maybe we'll have to send her back to the shelter (he's not a huge cat fan). Maybe is perfect...am i sounding like a weird cat person yet? she thinks she is a dog so she loves to lick and she whines not meows. she follows me EVERYWHERE and lets me hold her which is exactly what i wanted.

The name is great! Maybe, if the power of positive thinking has any merit to it, the kitten will become a puppy, and maybe Ben will be more content. After all, most boys like to have dogs. Ben takes after his mother, I guess. She doesn't like cats either. Our's is about 12 years old and she hasn't liked it since day one! Maybe, even if the kitten doesn't transform into a dog Ben will grow to like it.
I love it! Maybe looks so fun and cuddly.... I'm jealous!

Aww, she's adorable! Mike wants a cat so badly...and the girls do too. I'm the mean Mom right now. Kittens are so cute, but I'm scared that I won't like it if it lives with me :) I love the name too!
