We celebrated Ben's big 3-0 last month. His parents were able to come down for it, and his mom fixed Ben's favorites: biscuits, funeral potatoes and chicken. I made an Oreo Cake (way cheaper than buying it from Dairy Queen). In honor of his big day, Ben got the new Ipad 2. Most people have to wait weeks to get theirs since they are on back-order. Not so for Ben. We got his to him within 2 days. How? My secret!

Happy Birthday Ben! Mike just turned 30 yesterday, and I'm trying to figure out how to make it not happen to me later this year... But if I had that yummy-looking oreo cake I might think it's not that bad. :) Miss you guys!
It had to have been through Mexico or China. Which was it?
The cake looks awesome! How did you get it out of the pan? Did you use a cheesecake pan?
